18 seconds is way too short put it at least at 30 seconds... now all the mages do terrible since youve overly nerfed mana rejen not a renekton that takes no damage goes in 1on 5 and kills the 2 carries by himself dafuq???

GroundRuleDouble1 votesCheck out the patch 5.8 notes. They added a summoner spell called mark/dash to ARAM. Makes melee champs viable.
