Enemy team has 5,000 more games played than my team?

The matchmaking system doesn't understand that the team that plays the most, has a better chance to win? It matched me up with a team that had 5,000 less games played than the enemy team. Why do we have a system in place that believes 5,000 is equal to the number 0? those numbers seem just a bit off to me. please fix this riot. ty.

There are people in Bronze V with over 1000 games who still build AP items on ADCs and have 40 CS in a 50 minute game.

MMR is based on winrate and such, not on how many games you've played. Otherwise everyone would eventually make it to challenger.

that's a nice assumption you've put together from various riot quotes, but it's total bullshit.

No seriously. If you are on these boards enough you'll see it.

"I've been Bronze since season 3, what am I doing wrong"

*look at op.gg game match history

i see this a lot, and it's really aggravating. where one team will all have 1000+ games and the other will all be down around 100. this game has the worst matchmaking i've ever seen.
