The announcer is temporary. Because, you know, Bilgewater event. It's kinda funny, like the Pool Party minions a few weeks ago.

I can't say I have a very strong opinion either way. I like that your items are in the middle with your spells and once I stop going to click buy on the left I just don't think I'll consider the HUD significantly different at all. Basically just polished.

It's really pushed up. Alot of people on the PBE hated it but riot said

Millions of people play this game. "A lot" of people are going to hate every single proposed change. So if that's the metric for making changes, there would literally be 0 changes ever.

It's not like I can drop a number but I can say that everyone i ran into did seem to not like it. It literally came up every game I played and it was very clear it was unliked by too many to be published but Riot did it anyways.
