duo mid w/ teemo
what causes a remake, will teemo staying invisible mid lane with a support item waiting for an aggro enemy to push far enough to gank cause for a remake?

No, if that Teemo connected to the game - and he did, if he reached midlane - your team can't remake.
Wait, that actually works! Take spelltheifs, and electrocute, then hide a bit past the middle of the lane before minons spawn. Once the enemy goes past you, start attacking the crap out of them. If you take ignite, there is no way they will get away unless they burn their flash. I would only recommend doing this if you are jungle, as bot lane needs both the players, and so does top. (Well, top needs someone to protect turret at least)
