@Riot filter for champs who can earn a hextech chest

Can you add a filter for your champion pool, or even have a scroll over in champ select, for champs available to earn a hextech chest, i think it would also encourage people to use other champs so they can earn hextech chests... there are over 100 champs and thats A LOT to keep track of on which ones you earned a chest with
