Can we bring back off builds with Shaco

I want to start this off by saying I think is in a fine position at the moment as a champion is not broken, but the items and ruins that he uses are extremely good right now and are being nerfed next patch (patch 8.16), but something I do have a problem with is riot nerfing 's off builds. Back in the day 's off builds would actually do decent if you can play around your win condition. Although ad was still the best build you could have gone. Then they decided to change him so that he can scale better with ad items making builds like ap shaco, on hit attack speed shaco, and even crit shaco basically garbage. I'm not sure what you would have to change to make go back to the moments where he can build any item and as long as you play around your win condition (aka ap shaco=play around boxes, ad shaco=one shot the squishy champs, attack speed shaco=split pull attention so you or your team can get objectives, etc). I feel like if we were to get this shaco back we can balance shaco once again. New people wouldn't be able to abuse ad items on shaco in order to get easy wins, and mains can actually have fun playing once again not being forced to go the same couple of items over and over again.
