How to counter Shaco

Early game: Step 1- Ward your jungle, ward his jungle, and keep tabs on where he is. (You should be doing this against any champ that can invade) Step 2- Ping your team. (As soon as you have a idea of where he is ping your team and tell them to help you kill/push shaco out of your jungle Step 3- Invade him. (Shaco cant really do anything when he himself is getting invaded so if you invade him and take the same amount of jungle camps that he takes from you, you will win) Step 4- If you fight shaco smite his box as he puts it down. (Shaco fear and damage from his box is one of the main reasons he wins fights early) Step 5- GANK (help your team get ahead if your team gets ahead and you have ward like I told you in step 1 shaco will not be able to get fed from ganking either) If you have don't all this shaco will be useless early and in turn he will not do anything all game Mid Game and late game: Step 1-Ward locations that shaco usually jumps out of. (if you are doing this then you will see when shaco jumps in, as soon as you see that he deceived in then you back off until he reveals himself and as soon as that happens you either kill shaco if he is close or you force a fight if he backed off. The fact that shaco already deceived means he has no way of getting to the back line and because of that you will most likely win the fight.) Step 2- Group (unless you want shaco to get fed DON'T RUN OF BY YOURSELF, and if your team is being dumb and running in the jungle by themselves either ping them or follow them, shaco does not do well into even 2v1 unless he is far ahead so if you buddy up he will not be able to get kills and get ahead.) Step 3- Get objectives. (The first 2 steps wont mean crap if you are letting shaco get every objective for free, don't let it happen learn the game put your lead make shaco useless) Tips:

• If shaco doesn't auto right after his q his damage falls off because he doesn't get the damage from his q and he also most likely misses out the damage from his passive. So turn on him you will most likely win Shaco clone does 75% damage and takes more damage, so if you feel like you are killing him to fast you most likely are killing a clone and look for the real shaco
• If you are going to ignite shaco make sure you do it before you think he is going to deceive. The burn from ignite will show the outline of shaco even if he is in deceive so you can tell what way he is going and you will most likely be able to catch up to him. If shaco deceives into vision you can see the smoke so if you see that he is invisible and most likely around you.
