He was like the burstiest or second burstiset on enemy team last game..destroying most of us in moments at times..WITH 4000 HP

vlad lacks much utility and his defense isn't the most reliable as time goes on
I feel Vlad is a bit on the weaker side, tbh. He excels in organized team play, but it easily shut down in solo Q
He's pretty weak atm
