Riot doesn't care.

Highest win rate = highest profit.

Wait till the cow is milked dry and then maybe Riot will change the entire game around instead of nerfing the champion (see how they handled Lee being OP for 3 years)

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to trade

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to CS

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to properly manage waves

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to teleport (global ulti presence hoorah!)

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to WIN because his champion doesn it for him

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to manage mana or cooldowns

Gangplank doesn't need to learn how to itemize in various match ups (1 broken build path no matter what)

Gangplank is an easy mode, ULTRA safe hyper scaling lane bully. There's a reason majority of GOOD top laners (TF blade, RangerzX etc) ban that oppressive bullshit champion.

Someone calling gangplank mechanically simple. Now I've seen it all here.

Hate the champ all you want but my god that is just beyond ridiculous. Gp doesn't have to manage cooldowns? What about W and E, what about if you Q someone having to melee your barrel in a fight, deciding whether to q or auto your barrel etc.?

Funny you say that about itemizing since I literally just watched an LCK game a few days ago where gp built hexdrinker and merc treads super early because he was against a vlad. AND how exactly do you say he doesn't have to learn how to CS? Does he automatically absorb creeps or something?

And what about triple barrel combo? This is just a stupid post.

They already tried something, just because it didn't show results like they hoped doesn't mean they're doing nothing.

Klepto nerfs plus supp item changes were an attempt at hitting laners like GP, Nasus. Isn't hitting as hard as ANYONE hoped but again, doesn't mean they're doing nothing.

That said I do think klepto is what needs to be addressed, not GP. GP is balanced without it.

No, gp is even stronger in lane with grasp.

Klepto was already nerfed to the point where its useless outside of gp and ezreal.

GP needs NERFS, period.

These people don't listen.

Their ranks are not qualified for them to have any reason, many times they don't even play top lane but feel confident enough in their game knowledge to sprout their blabber.

He's already getting nerfed so you whiners can take one of the only good carries top lane has right now.

Never forget only bot lane is allowed good carries! Not top! Oh no! Everyone will whine if top has a good carry that actually takes skill aside from auto spamming!
