we need executioners calling back or something similar to it

we need grevious wounds back for our AD champs or atleast make it into one of those buff potions that gives grevious wounds with each AA

sure we have but that is for ap champs only plus it only works when the enemies hp drops down to 40%

the enemy will have regain all their life before the item even takes into effect
