Is the critical strike adding functioning correctly? Like it's adding critical strike additively, rather than multiplicative. I hope this is intended, because this item is extremely underrated

I'm pretty sure it's additively, otherwise, it would be useless on AD's who don't build crit.

Yes, it's supposed to add 50% critical strike. So on yasuo with no crit he can immediately get 100% crit. Also crit only applies to physical damage done, so sona would only get a huge crit if she built ad. (Sadly) although the ap boost is still quite good on her.
