Make Orb of Winter an item in SR or something equivalent for high MR

Ever since Force of Nature was removed there has not been a frozen heart/thornmail equivalent item for MR on the rift and honestly it gets really frustrating when you're playing a tank and the AP champ on the other team is doing really well/getting nice and fed and your only options are to try to stack MR with that will very easily get ripped through by a void staff or desperately try to stack HP which will do virtually nothing because a fed ap can just burst through it all.

I play tanks/bruisers and honestly I just hate it when I see an AP champion getting super fed because it just feels like there is literally nothing I can do about it. With armor even when I see a really fed ADC or Assassin there are enough good options to build that I can still feel like yeah he's gonna be able to put good damage on me but that is going to eat his focus and I will perform my job as a tank before dying.

Then I get to face a nice fed Annie, fizz, Ahri, Xerath, Azir any of the good ones and its like, in order to be able to tank what they can do when fed I need to dedicate 3 items to even get a respectable MR score and some HP or I may as well not even be there. Of course then I've invested so much into being able to survive the initial magic burst that I get crit 3 times and die by the ADC. The fact that BV now doesnt even refresh every 45 seconds but every 45 seconds without taking any damage is jsut more of a slap in the face

Two days ago I won a game 4v5 thanks to the fact that our Annie mid had gotten a bit ahead early on, our jungle DC but it just didnt matter, any teamfight that didn't start with her exhausted or dead she killed a minimum of 2 of their team despite them building MR and HP to try to survive it. What the hell is the counterplay to that? Why is that interesting gameplay?

Give orb of winter a 2800g price tag and put it on the rift, as a single item it doesnt stop that kind of crazy burst if you build it on a squishy since they wont have the HP to really tank a full burst by an assassin(GA or BV will still be better for them) but it would give tanks some kind of option to be able to actually tank a fed mage before I can put together 8k worth of items.
