Please remove Zz'Rot Portal from URF

With the CDR on activated items, Zz'Rot Portal (and to a lesser extent, Banner of Command) are providing too much lane push. I'm a huge fan of the items in normal game modes, but it's getting WAY out of hand in URF. It's getting to the point where I don't want to queue, because I'm probably going to see another Shaco or Alistar build Zz'Rot or Ohmwrecker or Banner (or some combination) and suck all the fun out of the game. It's at the point where ONE champion making ONE purchase outweighs an entire team. Please look into this and either "fix" or remove these items from this game mode. A new portal every 30 seconds and a promotion every 24 seconds is ridiculous, and while I realize URF is all about ridiculous, the only method to counter that level of lane push is to also buy portal and banner. And I don't want games to devolve to every player sacrificing 2 item slots for banner and portal before it becomes a fair game. This is a problem that NEEDS to be addressed if you plan to continue URF

Pretty sure I saw someone stack 3 of them in the bush near our mid nexus tower.

tbh, not once has I lost a game cuz their push was too stronk... everyones spamming skills, everythings dropping dead all over the place the only time anyone can take a turret is after killing a guy like 12 times.... and if that happens, we couldnt care less for the zzrot

I just had zzrot/banner on heimer in URF. Was hilarious. I got zhonya and the enemy Jax/Teemo were just like "fk this shit" eventually brand/graves came to help them and they got me but it didn't matter since I kept doing the same thing
