The new fiora: My issues & Thoughts
The new fiora has been a huge succes, atleast for me. She really has that 'grand duelist' feel. Shes an extremely nimble champion, with high outplay potentional. Parry in particular has been extremely satisfying to use. Fiora's trading potentional has also been adjusted. Its now extremely powerful if you plan things right (Lunge into the vital, smack em with an e, parry the CC/High damage ability, smack em with another e, walk away with the MS from the vital)
However, as succesful as i think the rework is, i think fiora defenitely has some frustrating issues.

Fiora's kit is designed around to be the ''Grand Duelist'' as far as i understand. I think the new kit accomplishes this well, however the numbers might be undertuned. I find that fiora loses duels in the earlygame and midgame quite frequently if you play against High Tankiness champions with CC. Jax and Irelia are prime examples. While you can parry their stuns, they still flat out outdamage you. ''Outstat'' is another word for this. It doesnt matter how many kills - you are bound to get outscaled by certain toplane champions. While i think straight up buffing her damage is not needed, as she is a very high damage champion if you do play your cards right.

As said in the paragraph ''The grand duelist'' i think fiora's damage is completely fine (video attached) however other numbers could be buffed. For example - the movement speed and heal you get from passive could be increased. This would allow fiora to be more nimble in trades. Widen the width of her passive and make it more forgiving. Right now its extremely hard to hit against any huge hitbox champions or champions that dash around the battlefield frequently. You usually end up inside them while trading as you want to be moving up the enemy to avoid getting outran, however this means its impossible to hit her passive.
Lowering the passive refresh time (for another mark to come out) would be great aswell. Right now fiora players walk out of lane and come back into the lane just to refresh the passive. The algorithm for the passive is pseudo-random. What this means is that if you hit the front vital, one spawns in the back. You could abuse this system by hitting the front one, walking out of range, and coming back.

Fiora's midgame feels extremely underwhelming to me. Shes just extremely squishy and has no damage. She doesnt bring anything special to the team either beside pure damage and an aoe heal which is extremely weak in the midgame.

Fiora's item path. Fiora's item path is extremely AWFUL.
The common train of thought is that fiora needs tiamat for the waveclear.
Fiora needs trinity force because it synergizes extremely well with her Vitals and her Lunge.
Fiora needs lifesteal because she doesnt have any innate sustain beside Duelists Dance which is extremely weak sustain-wise in the midgame.
Fiora needs tankiness because she gets blown up in teamfights
Fiora needs AD because she scales extremely well with it
Fiora is 'okay' with CDR because it makes her Lunge an extremely low CD.

- Lowering the cooldown of Riposte
Right now riposte has a massive earlygame cooldown. This makes fiora be unable to trade for an extremely long period of time as fiora NEEDS riposte to reflect damage and lower their counterattack damage.
- QOL
Increase the width of her passive in which you can hit it and make it more forgiving when inside the target.
- Increasing Bladeworks' earlygame crit.
The earlygame crit is pretty lackluster, its some damage, but not much. It would be nice if it got increased by a small amount to, once again, make her more relevant early on.
- Make her role more defined.
Right now i feel like fiora is all over the place.
What do you pick her for? Shes extremely mobile, she has an aoe heal, annd high damage. But shes not particularly amazing or stands out in any category.
This could be fixed by increasing the slow on bladework, and make riposte more forgiving by increasing the slows (Attack Speed and Movement Speed on Riposte.
Increasing Duelist's Dance early movement speed early game also allows her to be better at trading and perhaps make her role more accessible
> One Step Ahead! (Lategame)
Fiora's lategame is fine. Seriously - its extremely good with the proper build. She doesnt need any major buffs, just some usability buffs would be nice.

Clip 1: Great example at how great the new fiora's damage is - if the circumstances are right.
Clip 2: Fiora's new parry is amazing, it allows you to turn around losing fights by throwing their CC skill back at them. The movement speed the ultimate provides is invaluable.
Clip 3: Example of how nimble fiora can be and once again turn around the fights.
Clip 4: Follow-up of clip 3. Fiora's great at turning ganks around in her favor vs telegraphed CC. The heal is also extremely powerful
