Vladimir Output = 0

Tbh i love what they did with all the champions for what they do now, there is more AoE damage, in turn more troublesome in team fights. But they just killed Vladimir. He is my number one top laner champion, and with this new update, he no longer does anything, besides his ultimate. There is no longer an essential item for vladimir ( besides zhonyas) that gives him that bullyness. They lowered his damage to the point that building a full ap item first will still get u nowhere. and building hp, will get u nowhere even more.

Q- has a short movement speed that runs out after 2 second, which would be nice, but they took out the enhance boots, so now this is just no longer needed, since u cant catch up to them anyways( or run fast enough). Its a god dam bar. so they can see it. There for, if they see it coming, off they go. when the bar is all they way down again, they come on full force. Them seeing the bar is a giveaway of when u will engage and when u will hold off ur fight. So u can no longer use your combo unless they are not paying attention.

W - not bad. its cool i could use my e while I'm in it. still has the good invulnerability. although it says he cant be targeted, he still isn't affected by aoe damage.

E - Pretty much unusable unless u want to die. The trade between health and damage is too greatly risked. Its nice if u have that q up and ready to go, but unfortunately, because the q is a bar and u have to wait for it to be fully effective, its just not going to work. Also, with the range of the e, even thou it shows where the end of the range it can be casted, it doesn't go all they way out to the max range( even if u max it out). its a full inch off the end. that's a big hindrance especially if u max it and cant reach them because of u being slowed down, they can run out, and it will never hit them. so pretty much u need to flash in just to get it to work (unless they are melee and beating on u).

Another problem is they made him forcibly be in combat to do something. They never raised his armor/magic resistance. And decreased his damage significantly. Story short, he is no longer able to lane. Now, not only are u able to have to wait until lvl 10 -12when u get a nice juicy ap item, by that time u either fed, or the game already moved on that ur behind now. I used to be able to successfully lane against any champion (except nasus, because his q never ends), but with this weak damage output, i cant even go against anyone.

this is my opinion, and I am quite sad i am no longer able to use vladimir unless i want to feed ( or if i have a jungler that can babysit me for the first 15 minutes of the game)
