Bench the Kench

I was thinking that a good way to shave off a lot of undue power from kench is to make his q stuns consume the passive stacks. Being stunned by him then still letting him devour you seems to me to be way too strong. It's basically 3.5 seconds of guaranteed cc. His q isn't even that hard to hit and on a fairly short cool down. It might be a good place to take some power from kench without entirely destroying him
