I have some minor problems with the missions

Now some people might disagree but I think that having to play a specific game mode to choose which side of mission quests you get sucks. I bet you're asking why, all you have to do is play a few games in a game mode, right? Wrong. There are a few reasons why specifying what kind of game mode you have to play sucks.

  1. Some people don't like playing some game modes. While a lot of people will say "well it's only three games" that is an incorrect assumption. The thing is you have to WIN 3 times. The number of games you play to get to those 3 wins could be any amount up to those 3 wins. Personally I despise and I mean DESPISE arams (notice how it is bold and italicized for emphasis). Unfortunately for me I want the braum emote because I like it much more than the draven one. I would much rather play any other game than play arams, the exception to this is if i'm playing with friends. I can stomach them only because they enjoy them and I enjoy playing with my friends, but this brings me to the second issue.

  2. If you like playing with friends this decision quest line will suck if your friends don't want the same rewards as you. Say you want want the nice questline but all your friends want naughty, well guess who gets jipped.

  3. If you want the specific rewards for the questline of the modes you like less you're locked out of your favored game mode for at least 3 games. You have to play your 3 matches and WIN because you can only get one or the other.

(edit) 4. So when I reread the post I realized I had another issue. Why the heck is the win 3 in aram or poro king? Why isn't it AND/OR? You could potentially win 5 games without completing this mission, what the heck!

What do you guys think? Am I being a fussy little *****, or are these legitimate reasons to be upset? Discuss

Those are kinda reasonable complaints about Mission rewards to specific game modes. However, these Missions are still notably better than previous event Missions though, where you had no choice. For perspective, during this Snowdown, if you only play the game mode that you prefer, then you might get the reward that you like less*. In previous Missions, if you only play your preferred mode, then you might not get a reward at all.

*with the notable exception of Treeline players for some reason. RIP TT mains.
