Totally misses the point of the game: to stay as long as you can without being able to recall, heal, or buy items. It's only fair that if you bitch out like a bitchly, the opposing team gets some sort of monetary gain.

Also remove Lifesteal items, HP/5 items, Anyone with a heal, and....... Anyone with long ranged poke
