Why were ward trinket upgrades removed?

Like, I remember in the patch discussion Scarizard said it was intended to get people in all roles at all levels participating in vision control. This DOESN'T do that. This means that without sacrificing item slots people can only have a crappy level one yellow trinket. Which in turn means that people just won't bother at lower levels of play and increased pressure will return to supports to be vision bitch. Also junglers will be required to have sightstone every game regardless of roll. Because you can pretty much guarantee most bronze players aren't gonna actually BUY vision wards. With that gold that they struggle to farm with 40 cs at 20 min? Sure, that'll happen. Ya no, that's all going toward T3 items.

Take out the stealth wards, fine. But give us back the trinket upgrades. It actually had players outside jungle and support placing wards for once. This was a good thing. Change for change sake isn't good. And if you want to wait a few patches for the macro data to come in fine, but when you see less wards placed across the board at low levels and people just settling for dark maps, please don't be stubborn and just reverse the change.

[zombie-brand-facepalm] You know that you get 2 ward with the trinket now instead of 1? And one of the jungle items give you 2 ward.

It's still their it's just automated now. The upgrade changes how it functions.

The trinkets upgrade automatically and you can switch between them for free.

Though the refresh rate and duration of the wards has decreased. You can't just keep you 3 wards at all time like you could before with the Greater Stealth Totem.

Junglers dont even have to waste gold AND a slot on sightstone now there's a jungle item that does it all. The trinket upgrade is free now, what more could you want.
