Camille is greatly struggling this Pre-Season... Perhaps it is time to buff her?

Q: Precision Protocol

Precision Protocol can now critically strike

W: Tactical Sweep

Camille can now heal on monsters/epic monsters in the jungle

E: Hookshot

Stun duration increased from .75 seconds to 1.5 seconds all ranks

R: The Hextech Ultimatum

Zone duration increased from 2.5/3.25/4 to 4 seconds all ranks

Camille now deals bonus maximum health true damage instead of current health magic damage.

she is already has buffs on the PBE, maybe actually try to see if she is getting buffed or not before posting terrible buffs that will just break everything around her in half?

jungle Camille .... NO

she got buffed in 7.22, i fail to see how a champ goes down in winrate via a buff, aside from over popularity and new players dragging it down, but in this case she is @ 3.5% play rate. The meta doesn't want what camille brings to the table atm, it is a sad state of league.
