Why does urgot have no weaknesses at all?
low mana costs, low cooldowns, mobile, endless duration of super fast attacks, high burst, tanky, cc, and exectute? What the fuck?

Try learning how his abilities actually work, because he does not have most of these.
I don't like playing against Urgot in general but he's not mobile. The only insane thing that I can't wrap my head around is his W becomes a toggle ability that costs no mana and can even target structures... Like why is the cost of that ability decreasing over time?
His cooldowns aren't short and his durations aren't infinite in the early game. When his knees go on cooldown in the laning phase, you have a long window to attack him from that angle.
His range is very short. His dash is tiny, and also on a long cooldown. Every champion has flash, you can't count that as his mobility alone.
His big damage comes from his combo of flip into W, then shotgun you as you try to get back to your side of the lane. If you dodge the flip, his damage is much lower.
Urgot is a snowballing juggernaut, who needs to get kills in order to thrive. Deny him those kills and kite him in teamfights, and he's virtually useless.
Buy armor.
if a tank is infront of urgot he cant do nothing since he has to flash to get to the backline. your dmg dealers can deal with him easily if your tank just peel him off of yall.
Urgot is classified as a juggernaut of sorts... the only ranged one.
like all juggernaut kiting is his many weakness, he also has NO in-build sustain and is forced to abuse conqueror for any healing at all. get a tank to CC him, then watch your ADC melt him like a Popsicle on a searing hot summer day.
alternatively gank him from 2 sides, as he can only use his W + passive on 1 person.
ranged champions also dumpster him in lane.
lastly in the early stages he likes to build black cleaver and frozen mallet / death's dance. this leaves him open to %HP dmg so you can shred him that way.
of course playing the ultimate juggernaut counter 
is almost bound to have success
