Look, I just came back to league after a year of not having time, and while my Bard plays still have game, I'm kinda just getting back on my feet with Rek'Sai.

Already, I have encountered countless players with the word Toxic imbedded in their very DNA apparently, many telling me the oh so hated 'go uninstall' quote.

Of course those players always get punished. But I am stuck at Level 30 here, with a jungler that can't be practiced in bots (cause let's face it.. it's impossible to practice good jungling in bots, I mean, it can be done.. but it's not the best place to practice a non-laner.)

I don't know if Riot already has this, like I said, I'm rusty, and that's both on info and game skills (still complete badass in Bard.) But can't Rusty players be allowed to play along with lower level players a bit until they start moving out of the 'unskilled' zone?

It's possible but it's going to take quite a few losses before you can be matched with those you can practice evenly with. Toxicity didn't start today, but there are way more frustration causes this year compared to previous years so ppl are more likely to act negatively. Most ppl try to deal with it by playing with ppl they know, but that doesn't work for everyone.
