Bard needs some stat updates

I'm a guy who mains Bard as his support and has carefully mastered him after a long while playing him since he came out. However, I feel there is one thing that needs to be addressed: Bard's abysmal stats.. even his highest stat, his AP is terrible. Bard's secondary is listed as a mage.. which is a huge mistake considering a mid lane Bard can only at best, hold the lane without making any kills. And as a support, Bard can only provide crowd control stuns as his best support power.. other then that, if you're out of meeps, better hope your ADC is REALLY good. Bard needs to either have a major increase in Ability Power, or at least a really tanky amount of health, or Bard will be used very few times. And Bard's chimes need to increase his experience a bit more, since he can even be outscaled by the enemy jungler easily when he chime collects. It's the least they can do, since he has pretty much only one offensive ability.
