QoL Buff to Galio?
Galio is a cool champ. In my mind I always imagine him as Goliath from the Gargoyles show. It is just a shame he does not have that "WOW" factor such as Thresh and Lee Sin. His ult is cool but falls off late game since he needs to do an Annie most of the time, flash R, and is easily avoided with items and the dashes most characters have on their kit. I digress though the point of this topic was to bring up his E. Galio's E is a wind current that speeds up him and his allies. So it's wind... blowing hard in a direction... why does it not slow down enemies who go against the flow? It would not be all that powerful of a buff, but it does give him some more utility and another option on whether it would be better to throw an E to chase or to slow a chasing person. Y'all feel me?
