Another Quinn Post

First of all. Riot, nice work on fixing Quinn's vault. I took her top and, maybe it was a placebo effect, but it felt very reliable. I stopped being launched outside of her AA range and the damage was there. So as a Quinn lover... thank you! The subject of this post is about her Valor form. I was just wondering why (or if he can) Valor does not ignore unit collision. I see two sides of the coin. I see that he would more reliable and be able to get to his target faster, run away with out pathing issues, and be stronger as a whole because of the change. On the other side though, it is an ult and he is a bird. Valor is on a long cooldown as is it and I think giving him a slight change might warrant that cooldown. I can see why Riot would not like to implement that change, but also feel like, that as an ult it should be able to ignore unit collision. I

Again, thanks for that E fix. Good job :D

Edit: I forgot about Phantom Dancers, but typically that is a late game item as Statik (imo) is preferred over it for laning phase.

Checking out the numbers, it looks like Quinn is balanced to very slightly underpowered (barely sub-50% winrates across leagues). This isn't that much of a power bump, and it just makes sense. Good idea.

When we make this change can we please increase her AD ratio on her ult from 0.5 - 1.0 up to at least .75 - 1.5 AD ratio? Her ult damage has a large risk getting in point blank on a squishy champion, and does SUPER SUPER low damage compared to other similar ults. Not to mention if you look at other ults with that increasing damage as they have lower health (Jinx, Riven) They scale at both the low and high ends MUCH MUCH better than Quinns.

Seriously Riot. Her ult needs a slight buff badly, its super outclasses compared to similar ults and has more risk than most those ults

I would actually suggest PD before SS on Quinn now. if you look at the stat allotments, PD is a much more efficient item, especially with how weak the SS proc is. The extra 10% AS and 15% crit is worth way more imo.

Still the fact stands. why is a bird getting blocked by midget minions. Valor shouldn't ignore, say, 6 feast Cho'gath, but minions should not be able to block him.

Oh I know, If I snowball then I get a PD. But Statik is still preferred amongst players, that I see. I do not blame them it is a fun item. I presented PD as a counter argument and I acknowledged it, with the other things, because If those are Riot's counter argument then they make sense. So even if someone says that the idea is a "no go" I can see why despite feeling that the change would be healthy.

IE and SS + your Harrier marks can completely destroy all but the most fed of tanks. That's why most people build SS instead of PD
