well some people have issues with some champion . I understand him . It sucks to be against azir when you play a melee assassin or whatever. I have issues against rengar and get called names for not liking a champion so you relax with your diamond icon

early game, ranged champs can out poke him.

At lvl 3, you make him waste his escape in trying to "finish you off" and then you strike with jungler.

Late game, hope you have some ranged burst like lux, ziggs, or xerath. Even the queen of mid, LB, is a good pick against the soldiers.
