How do you survive in the late game with Talon?

you split push, you pull targets towards you and rotate and win with pushing, if 1-2 people come for you catch one out.
if you insist on team fighting flank and wait for the CC to be used and always try to eliminate a carry before the fight even starts you have a huge surprise factor with talon and with sweeper + duskblade you can keep unseen via removing wards.
talon can move super-fast through the jungle so push as much as you can and join the team fight for a clean-up.
generally give yourself a maximum win time of 35mins, after that talon falls off as your in late game, ive won plenty from late game but its not easy.
