REWORK RYZE
I played ryze in a game, and I found that his R is irrelevant to his kit. That ability seems like a what a support should have instead of a mage. Riot, please rework ryze.

I feel like this belongs in memes and games.
I actually kinda like his R. I much prefer Ryze being more of a Utility Mage like Taliyah and Aurelion Sol than a mindless machine gun mage. He may as well just be purely point-and-click in his current state because his snare is on like a 2 second cooldown if you rotate your abilities properly.
His old ult was amazing.
did you play old ryze, the one that could keep you snared for 6 seconds? So that one would be balanced if his passive had a cooldown and his w was a skillshot So what i would do is revert with this tweaks to that kit
