Except this falls apart for the same reason every other post whining about elo hell falls apart - the players you're against are the same rank as you. Your team sucks, yes, but the enemy team is going to suck just as much. The common denominator is you.

when will people realize that rank is nothing more than eye candy? you get matched based off MMR, adding a new rank isn't going to change anything since your MMR isn't going to magically change with the addition of a new rank
