massive ping spikes (freezing in place floating, and dead while screen is frozen)

now i just want to say, that before this last weekend, sat - today i had no issues with league of legends. my ping had gone down, my gameplay was better i was enjoying my favorite game. so i leave for a 2 day weekend, and return thinking everything is going to be working fine. and surprise surprise my first game back as teemo top i'm getting massive lag spikes, 500-900 at first then 500-1000 finally it reached 2450 my ping did making the game unplayable. so what do i get from the enemy team and mine? no response from the enemy team, no sorry for killing me when i have almost 1,000 ping or a word and on my team nothing except ezreal laughing thinking its funny, and a blitzcrank asking me why i didn't help when i was FROZEN IN PLACE. if this keeps up i'm going to tell you where to stick your game, this is not funny and i am not laughing. i asked you guys to peer with speed connect to try and better my connection further now that you are coming from chicago, but no i got no response and as far as i know no attempt was made to get in contact with them to see if the ball could get rolling. i live in michigan, i should NOT HAVE 2,000 PING FROM A SERVER IN CHICAGO!

EDIT: and if you are going to defend this, please don't this is bullshit riot knows it's bullshit there is no viable or allowed excuse for this bullshit. if i cannot play a game i've spent money on to support then i've wasted my money and my time.
