Why TROLLING players are never banned??!!!!

Why the trolling players are never banned in this game? Why the judging system is so slow that you allow them to troll 10 games in a row even after other players reporting them? There are so many trash players (yes, I seriously mean that) who enjoying wasting others time in this game, and they never get banned! I have met several of them in a night, making the rank impossible to play! So disappointed! Check the history of this guy named: def0rmed 0-12 in a 17 mins game! Went straightly to the turret when the game began, and started to troll no matter how hard I tried. NO PUNISHMENT FOR HIM AT ALL! FOR ALL 5 GAMES HE TROLLED, NO PUNISHMENT AT ALL! AND HE IS STILL TROLLING! SHAME ON U def0rmed!

if they ban trolls they roll another account to continue to spread their toxicity and don't buy skins if they don't ban trolls 2-3 players get tilted and get banned, they make a new account and buy skins
