There is no way this can be intentional.

You need to make it so she MUST right click to do it otherwise she will never be balanced.

Wanna know why she's OP and imbalanced? This is it right here. This one aspect of her kit.

I've been honing my kiting skills for YEARS from Starcraft, through DotA, HoN, and LoL and I have never seen anything this stupid in my entire gaming career. This spits in every skilled player's face that has ever played this game to get better at it. If it's intentional, seriously have your balance team fired on the spot because I have no words left.

Pretty much. Makes all these mediocre people look like pros. She should not proc her passive on attack moves. You should have to manually click a normal mouse click to make it work.

I personally always wondered how these bronze and silver kalistas looked like amazing players, until I realized attack move proc'd her passive. I have attack move on my Space Bar; I can just spam it all day like nothing, look like a kiting beast.

The only way you can make her passive work, should be with a normal right mouse click. Otherwise she stands there. Would help in low elo at least.

would also help on pro level. even tho they have probably good enough mechanics to jump around even with rightclick, it still demands some resources from them.
