@Riot, Key drop clarity [UI]

I think it's cool that keys drop off in drop rate, but I'd really like to know when the drop rate resets.

I appreciate the pressure that's taken off me to grind for more keys by their simply not being available after you get a few. Now that I know this is intentional and I shouldn't expect more than 6-7 fragments a month, that's fine. But I would love to know when this counter resets.

A simple tally saying "You've received x key fragment drops this month!" would be more than sufficient.
