[Rant] Dynamic Queue for Normal Games: Solo Queue Edition

Hi, I'm not the best player in the world, and I realize that, Which is why i play normal's to get better at the game. That being said, it's weird how it takes upwards of 30+ minutes to find a lobby that I can't even play my main role in. On top of that, for some reason, I guess i'm the ONLY player who takes normals as a form of trying to actually get better at league of legends, as most of the time my team consists of several troll picks, and normally these players don't just pick troll champions, but they also do extremely troll actions with them.

Example: Just AFK'd a game where I was devourer Jax Jungle, After I was originally given support, but the guy was pretty cool about letting me jungle instead. The Mid Picked Varus, Which is Meta, no denying that, However, he was doing some SUPER toxic stuff, whenever I would do any of my 4 camps near mid, he'd literally walk out of lane and try to steal camps from me, he was successful enough times that it literally gave me a headache and I had to afk the game, and pray riot doesn't ban me. I asked him nicely to stop trying to steal camps and he said "i was just trying to leash :)" each time, as if for some reason, that whenever I'd end up reporting him at the end that it would not be bannable, since he didn't really ever say anything toxic, but his behavior was out of this world.

This is starting to seem like a normal trend, where people don't take the game seriously at all, at least on my team. And play poorly as if they're not trying to learn anything, which leads me to ask why people play normal at all?.. Am I just supposed to jump directly into ranked and pray that I can not overextend/feed whenever I'm doled out a role that isn't jungle? And that my laners will allow me to stack/become a threat, and not troll me?

I've been banned in the past for afking games that just seemed unwinnable, and I realize it's toxic and you're supposed to "stick it out till the end", but most of these games seem like there's no chance what so ever, or my team does something that makes me not want to play anymore... (IE: Follow me around and purposely try to counter jungle me, Flame me, and after I ignore them, have their duo flame me, and after I ignore their duo, they spam pings until I can barely hear the ambient f*cking environment). I'm wondering if there's a game mode to do this in, because before, it seemed like most of the trolls/ragers lived in team builder land, blind pick was for the people who were just looking to have fun by spamming things like "mid" against the other 2 players in the lobby that wanted mid, until eventually at least two of them went mid and fed, or you'd have people on the enemy team that did so, and Normal Draft seemed to have a lot more of a fun community, but with Team builder gone, the mesh of team-builder like players being thrown into draft, where they have a 50/50 chance of getting the role their good at and the other role they've seemingly never played before.. it's just a huge mess...

And it's making league anti-fun for me, I have people I can play with, but with the game being 5v5, and the group(s) of people I play with often having 7-8 people wanting to play at a time, I find myself having to play what feels like bronze 6 solo queue with the toxic bunch from teambuilder every single game. I realize my team isn't holding me back, it's me, but I never find myself in a lobby/game where people aren't toxic.... And.. And.. :C
