It's not about winning, it's about having fun (rant)

Ever have that game that you do really well and there's 1-2 people who just want to make you feel as bad as they do? Sucks doesn't it? I wouldn't go through all this trouble if it weren't for the fact that it's been like this all day for me... but... this is about the eighth game in a row that's had people flaming and just being plain toxic, I'm sick of it. I've tried teambuilder, Blind, and ARAM, everyone today has just had this incredible chip on their shoulder and for some sick reason wanted to try and ruin the game for everyone else. We ultimately won, but it's not a victory I'd brag about, I wouldn't go off to my friends and talk about how great a game it was because in the end of it all I didn't have fun, and why is that? Because the system in place is letting people like the and roam free throughout the game. (check the rest of the account for the other image :| ) I'm not sure why people want to try and bring others down rather than just enjoy the game, And I know "just ignore them" can't stop them from spamming pings ontop of me, or even follow me around and purposely try to grief me. I'm working throughout the day and have to deal with enough rude people in real life, it'd be nice to get on and play a few games and DE-STRESS rather than RE-STRESS. I have the replay vidded incase there'd need to be more proof of them harrassing me all game, but this rant isn't just for me, it's for people like me who want to enjoy this content without having to deal with people like this, and a "one day ban" or "30 game mute" just doesn't seem like justice. Not that they should be permanently banned because how would they learn their lesson, but perhaps having to show some proof of improvement before relinquishing their accounts back to them, before they just requeue into more people and continue to act like this? :( The tribunal if it's even still called that seems to not be effective since I've reported people who flame ALL game and two game later that night are still playing, and terrorizing their team (which for some blasted reason I always end back up on). I've had people who flame from 2-3 days ago re-enter my game even though I've blocked their player profile, and as soon as they can start to recognize me, they drop the game they were playing and come harrass me, people like the vlad from this game are in abundance on the rift, and rather than some form of verbal abuse being mandatory for punishment, instead punish people based on their performance (if recorded footage is available?)

(Sorry this is one paragraph to all of you "that's one large paragraph" critiques out there, This was me finally publishing something i've had to put up with for far too long. Stay hydrated summoners! o/
