why is it everygame i play i get a three man premade of bot and jg and i get premade camp

it ruins everygame happens at least three times and idk why you guys allow it. If im solo que or duo que i should not get more then a duo unless the other three ppl on my team are preamde it ruins the game for everyone its toxic and your guys report needs work because i said a$$ like that in one of my game in all chat i got restricted but ppl can be racist and when i report nothin happens so ya fix psl thx for the help.
