I joined a ranked game and my screen just went black and wouldnt take me to champ select then i got that leaver buster thing for 6 mins so idk if this is a common bug or what?

update it did it again and now i have to wait 30 mins this is starting to get stupid now its not my fault i cant do anything but i still get punished someone help pls
