So much more oppressive than Tahm, Diana, Vayne, Kalista, Jinx, Fiora, Nautilus, Riven, Azir, Yasuo. Really no comparison. A skillshot bubble that stuns is so much worse than a not-necessarily-a-skillshot tornado that sets up an insta-kill. Thanks also for the utility scaling, really revolutionized supporting. The utility champions in this game got the fucking shaft in seasons 4 and 5, with massive tanks and ad carries who pack more utility (along with assassin-like kill potential) being the dominant picks.

gunna leave this here the only reason diana is even played right now in compitive is because of how powerful running double tele is and she works with it because it helps to be able to farm just saying

Really, the big problem for Nami/Sona is that relic shield and mastery changes switched their match-ups vs. all-in supports from "risky" to "why even try." You poke, relic shield heals them up. Your mana doesn't outlast their Health-pool, and if you ever mess up, just once, you either die or take so much damage any remaining mana has to go towards healing.
