I have been looking at the statistics post game and I notice that cheap shot in the domination tree enables true damage and champions who have built in true damage in their kit get an incredible boost if they are paired with items that increase damage with movement impairment.

All I see is the rift in a state of chaos now. You heard it hear first, tanks and supports are the strongest thing alive.
