Reasonable Vi Buffs (and some nerfs)
Q - Vault Breaker
Travel speed increased from 1250-1400 to 1400 at all charge durations (= to resolve consistency issues mostly)
Travel distance increased from 250-750 to 500-1000 (= makes her a little harder to read/dodge/predict, which would help her with high ELO)
15% slow removed while charging (= removes archaic penalty from 2012 design era, enables footwear options since Swifties have been her ~only shoe choice for six years)
W - Denting Blows
Passive: no longer reduces armor by 20% (still procs on every 3rd hit, not removed!)
Denting Blows stack on Vi, not her opponent (like a boxing combo, she goes Jab (1 stack), Jab (2nd stack), Hook (3rd stack = proc for bonus damage)
**Denting Blows has a visual indicator **(= 1 stack equals one glowing fist, 2 stacks equals 2 glowing fists, 3 stacks you don't see because it procs and resets to no glowing fists)
Active: Vi's next attack or ability immediately applies +3 stacks of Denting Blows (= start ~every camp/gank with a sucker punch, depending on what cooldown is fair, adds something for W to do, gives her more dueling power vs. junglers)
R - Assault & Battery
No longer knocks enemies aside or deals damage on pass-through targets (= removes a lot of excess value that ~95% of the time is not being used, but potentially quadruples the damage/disruption in very niche circumstances)
Unstoppable applies until Vi lands (= currently ends when she begins her uppercut, her ult feels uncounterable in low ELO currently, but in high ELO its routinely denied because of this which is why she's never seen pro play)
mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks (= 150 mana is dumb, frankly 100 mana is still pretty pricy)
cooldown reduced to 110/95/70 from 130/100/70 (= no pass-through damage, but more early assassination attempts)
