Irelia Nerfs, and Riven
First of all, I feel as if Irelia has been nerfed to shit, and I mean this with every word. Before the nerfs, if you were behind as Irelia you had a chance of getting back into the game with tri-force, but nowadays, if you fall behind, you're staying behind, and I also feel as if Irelia is this champ that no matter what happens is always going to stay in a shithole. And Riven, who's every top lane player's demise is not getting any attention from Riot, even after many streamers voiced their complaints about Riven, and anyone who's been up against Riven, a decent one can tell you that she doesn't take much skill to make you want to hang yourself. She outtrades everyone except Darius at level one, and later on when she gets her ult, she beats Darius. And she has a shield in her kit that nullifies any other champ's ability to trade with her since she has a stun, knock up, and 4 dashes, and that in itself sounds like an overloaded kit, and many people were complaining about Irelia having an overloaded kit with her disarm and shield damage, but that was minor compared to the amount of mobility riven gains with 20% cdr, which would make it impossible to fight, duel, or escape from her. Here are some of my points to help Riven feel fair to play against, and not just a deathlane ;
1.) Decrease the shield gained from her E, and increase the cooldown so she doesn't dash into, and/or away from you every 3 seconds.
2.) Make her shield scale less into the late game, since she can gain a ~300 shield at minute 30, and that shield comes up every 3 seconds.
3.) Her passive makes her impossible to beat in a trade, as she gains around 10 extra ad from her passive, not to mention the q damage, and if she's running conqueror.
4.) Her ult should do a fixed amount of damage, instead of scaling with % hp, as that just makes her kill you before you can fight back with her stuns, and knock-ups.
As for Irelia, here are some suggestions ;
1.) Increase her Q damage to minions, and make her e stun for less, but with a lesser mana cost.
2.) Remove her slow from her R and increase the damage received from crossing the blades.
3.) Return the 40% damage reduction to magic damage and physical damage instead of having 50% damage reduction to physical damage, this should help with her mid-lane.
4.) Reduce the damage from her passive stacks, but increase the attack speed received from her passive stacks, and lower it to 4.
. I'd rather play against Irelia than Riven any day, she's all skillshots and has to manage her passive, which gives you opportunities to go in. Riven is hard because it's hard to get her animation cancelling down, but that doesn't really provide inherent counterplay against her if they do know the combos.
