Why is Yi being banned more in gold?
I don't know why but Yi has been banned more in my games currently. Is it because the new lethality buff or is it because more people just hate Yi now?

1-Duos have discovered a pretty tough strategy to face with kayle support top and master yi jg. You put the stronger player on master yi, and the support player on kayle, Yi goes top, and the gank is guaranteed to work most the time, and once they are both level six, just going to your tower becomes suicidal.
2-Yi is really strong right now because other junglers are constantly being nerfed, while he received consistent indirect buffs.
3-Gold Yi mains are honestly pretty good and pretty annoying to face, so since we have five bans now, we are allowed what I like to call "biased bans" once the big 3 must bans are gone.
So those are a couple of reasons to answer your question
