Suggestion: Poachers knife changes

I hope this is the right place for this Alright..... So i just want to talk about this Right now one of the most useless items in the game . It gives you a short burst of speed which honestly isnt the most helpful. At the moment getting a is probably a better option than that of a for invading due to the fact that it restores mana and health (my opinion) but honestly isn't as good as some of the other choices in smite upgrades. Hence my idea. Looking at what poaching is Definition: "illegally hunt or catch (game or fish) on land that is not one's own, or in contravention of official protection. " Most of the time poaching has a High Risk High reward type of vibe. Lets say you kill a bear in some one else's "protected land" without being caught you skin the bear and everything and sell all the parts. You will most likely get quite a bit of money for it. Therefore what I'm trying to show is that its high risk high reward. High reward if you get caught poaching and high risk if you get caught. I was thinking about making a high risk but High reward item (which is what it is NOT right now). How i see the new poachers knife working is similar to how the dragon buff works but with jungle monsters. Let me explain. How this item will work is that every time you KILL a large jungle monster with the poaching smite you get "lvl1" of the buff. It could be "Extra damage to jungle monsters" or like "Plus 50 AD and AP" That is something that i can't figure out. But each time the jungler with this smite kills a large jungle monster with this smite he will improve the level of the buff similar to how the Dragon smite works. Thats the high reward part. The High risk part is that any time the jungler dies they lose the buff entirely. The only way to get the buff back is to restart the process. This is sort of like "being caught by authority". Thats my Sort of idea for . I hope people can give feedback on this topic cause I honestly think that can be a really good item just that its not atm.
