[GAMEPLAY] Shyvana E level up marker gets stuck

after a certain rank for shyvana's E ( I believe its rank 2 or 3) if I use the keyboard shortcut for ranking up abilities the ability goes up one rank but the arrow for the marker stays there Approximate steps: 1: level up Shyvana's E with the keyboard short cut (Ctrl E)

Im not sure whether or not the order of skills matter. As in if I rank up other abilities first then this happens?
