How to Close Games?

Hi Summoners, I have this recent problem, where I can win really well early game and push. But I can never push because the respawn times are so short. After a while, because the enemy stalls to late game, we just automatically lose. I find this really frustrating, and that the only games that I can close are the absolute domination games. Those games even take 30-35 min to close. Is there any possible for any tips on closing games?

push sides out, if the situation is right take baron, take control of the enemy jungle with vision, take dragon whenever you can, pick an enemy off and push a lane or force a 4v5, stuff like that.

Take inhibitors??? Noone can defend from 3 waves from superminions. Even if you feed during the process, you will still win the game.
