Essence Reaver grants 20% CDR on your Q W E with every Autohit. Every Champ that has at least 1 Stun is just unkillable cause they permastun their enemys. I mostly see Riven + EssenceReaver. What does anyone wants to do against that? You are stunned every second when she engages on you. And her shields are also permaactive. I think some items should be reworked for many melee champs. Just me or what do other people think?

rq q w q e q w q q e q w q q. that's rivens new combo with you suggestion and ite infinite without the time in the casts. Er cant be nerfed to the point it won't be broken. The STATs aren't why you buy it, it's the Abilities that you want back that are. ER needs it's a revert or rework. Sure combat cdr is nice and a new niche idea, but champs there have been 130 champs made and balanced before this came out, that will break things like Jax. If ER instead was, After a short delay remove 25%-100%(scaling with lvl) basic ability cooldowns after casting your ultimate.(cooldown 120-90 scaling with cdr.) This could be a viable solution Double stuns still a thing but it's not perna jax q spam and such. This is also more usable on champs with escapes like ezreal and such.
