This item is just way to strong. No wonder that so many champions buy it. It grants you strong stats, it active deals a lot damage, it grants you insane healing and the slow is also pretty heavy. This is jusut far to much for one single item. Please nerv it.
So many champions? as in akali+kata? xD only those 2 buy it. Splitpush LB used to but in an older meta.
I see it often on more champs. Kata, Akali, LeBlance, Teemo, Ahri, Kennen, Ekko, Ezreal. It works on so many champions so well because of too many usefull stats and abilities.
