I have high mmr but i lose more than i get. Im silver 2 atm

That usually means your MMR is about even to your rank. Like if you're S2 but earning 25-30LP and losing 19LP then you'd be higher in MMR than Rank and you'd want to get it closer to your actual ranking by climbing more.
