There are few bugs in gameplay

First, there is a visal problem with 's q.When i ult someone and i loose stacks of steel tempest, i still have that circle around him like i have 2 stacks of his q. Second bug is about .When i his w passive acitvates he doesnt get movement speed but he is walking and bugging at the same time.And third bug is that masteries change alone.i used thunderlord on but ingame game changed to frevor.Fix pls as soon is possible
