New Sion Runes
So I might be alone here... but I would imagine the +%health Seals and Quints on Sion would be pretty nice, especially for the Sion junglers who are getting SotAG for the +25% health.

The problem with percent health runes is that runes typically are for strong early games. If you can find a way to solve your early game issues these runes would be alright, but you might find that difficult to pull off.
